How do I be supportive to my obese girlfriend? She's finally decided on her own to start losing weight. I'm skinny but I don't eat good or work out so I don't have any good habits. What should I do to show I'm proud of her without being patronizing. She's very random about what she gets offended by.

Start doing calisthenics together, but you should act like you don't progress strength-wise faster than her. It'll probably crush her motivation otherwise.
