Has anyone here dropped squats completely and just done things like leg press, hack squats, extensions etc?

Dropped squats and I trail run a lot now. It works for me.
My leg day now consists of 1 set of deadlift and 3 sets of squats all 5 reps like once every 2 weeks. Once you get past the mentality that no one ever will care about anything you do at the gym you will feel alot better
