Some guy on bodybuilding.com got his bench to 60 5x5 to 90 5x5 in like 3 months with ICF.

It's good. can take a lot of time though. I did it for like 6 months as a beginner. It's just your core lifts with a bunch of accessory work which is good. p much covers all the bases

I spent over 2 hours on it today because i had to learn how to do squats and cable crunches.

Deadlift: 115 -> 175
Bench: 85 -> 115
OHP: 60 -> 80
Switched to that Reddit PPL routine afterwards, currently 2.5 months into it, current stats
