Can we get a recipe thread going? Lookin for some good crockpot meals specifically cause prep time is a bitch for five days of food, trying to hit that 60/30/10 protein/carb/fat ratio but anything goes.

P.S. I'll probably add spinach or celery for more fiber, but I am going to need a bigger bowl.
My fitness pal has a ton of great recipes that I use.
Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground turkey
1 (15 ounce) can of corn, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (or 1 3/4 cups cooked)

1/2 large onion (3″ in diameter)
1 tablespoons taco seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

salt and pepper
1 tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. ground allspice

So many normies don't know how to make this basic porridge. It's /fit/ friendly AND poorfag friendly, so it's an awesome meal.

Someone know a good way to prep Tofu? I have no soy sauce at home and stores are closed and i don't know an other way to marinade it. I'd like to keep it as low cal as possible and only would like to use max one tablespoon of oil for 400 g of tofu.
I only have 1200 cals in total for a day.

I'm in a similar position. I found this website and it's helped me a lot. The honey garlic chicken is okay, but I usually just load in way more spinach and vegetables than they call for.

salt/pepper/oregano + pan fried with 0-cal pam cooking spray
This one does the rounds a lot on /fit/, so I thought I'd give it a go and it's actually some top notch stuff.
Can eat like this for the lean gains, or add in some rice for the bulk.
For spices add in some oregano and goram masala as well as the ones mentioned in the recipe.
