Idk op I'm trying to cut at a 1k deficit but I always overeat and end up with a 500 calorie deficit. It's easier just to work out to burn off the extra, I burn an extra 500 so I'm still at a 1k deficit.

You just do it. It's hard, there's no magic trick, and you'll just have to harden the fuck up. You can help yourself tho by removing shit foods in your house and just buying what you need to eat daily if you can.

OP here, I'm at a 800 calorie deficit. its not that in hungry after that. But I'm so used to eating that I can't get it out of me to not eat after say around 8pm..
