Alright /fit/, I've got 1.3 lbs of ground beef right here. What's a good meal to make that I can box up for the week? Last time I mixed it in with rice and broccoli. I'm looking for something a little tastier this time around but just as cheap and easy.

Brown beef (don't forget salt), drain 80% of the fat return the reserved fat to the pan and cook onions until they start to turn translucent. Return beef to the pan, add beans and spices / corn starch. Slowly add broth till you like the consistency (it'll thicken a bit when it cools)
Put on a tortilla, taco shell, whatever.
Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, fresh onion, fried egg, whatever.

Get some chopped peppers (bell peppers) in there as well. Add to the pan 1/3 way through cooking the Onions for extra veggies and crunch when eating.
I usually just buy hamburger helper for the seasoning and replace the noodles with whole wheat noodles. And put in broccoli and cauliflower.
Thats like 1 serving of beef. Why go through the hassle boxing up when you can just cook it and eat it now?
I just use hungarian seasoning and salt and brown it. Rice and tomatoe sauce.
