I ctrl+f'd and didn't see a meal/meal planning thread
I wanna eat more healthful as a first step to greater fitness
> breakfast: overnight oats, peanut butter/banana sandwich on whole grain
> lunch: rice and beans/lentils with veg
> dinner: baked potato
Does it make sense for the meals to get smaller through the day? What should I change/add? Any suggestions for how I should style things? I'm a >vegetarian.
> this kills the gains
Indulge me anyway, I just wanna start eating better and I don't mind eating almost the same thing every day. I can add hemp hearts, nutritional yeast, meat alternatives (Gardein beefless ground) and wheat gluten to my diet for additional protein, then protein powder when I start lifting

>not eating fruit
You hate yourself or what?

I thought it was kind've implicit. Usually I have carrots and an orange in the morning, and sometimes I have a package of berries with my cereal. I've never tried overnight oats before but I thought of throwing in a cup of frozen fruits.
> vegetarian
Not eating meat or animal byproducts doesn't make me a vegan. Veganism is knowing everything you eat or otherwise consume, like not consuming sugar processed through horse bones.
I do hate myself tho.

Yeah, lentils are good for an easy mode meal. I just steam edamame, sometimes I'll drink soymilk. I dunno how to properly do tofu or tempeh, but that something I wanna try.

That is my favorite tempeh receipe.
Tofu is easy. Press the water out, add a tablespoon of oil, cook that shit until it's golden on the sides, then either eat it or add some other shit with it.
