I was doing bend over rows couple months ago and my lower back is in pain. What did I do wrong? What can I do to fix it one leg my left is vibrating and feels like pins and needles when I sit and get up.
Pain or sensations in your legs like that is a sign of a herniated disc. Your form was shit and your back was probably curved. Go see a doctor and have them refer you to a chiropractor.
