Help me out \fit\, 5'8, 121 lbs, I am afraid to go in gym, feel like I will be the weakest one there. The last and only time I've been doing weightlifting I was 17 or so and managed to bench 120 lbs 5 times, now I am 21, can do about 70 push up, but my back musclues are pathetic. I was like you in that I was very lean, but way underweight (and I could only bench 90lbs for a max...) if you want to add more muscle mass I would do SS for about 6-8 months, then switch to push / pull / legs and then in about another year you should know enough to develop your own routines. Same... ok here's what you do, use whichever bathroom has the best lighting. Stand back far enough to get enough of you in frame (currently it's too closeup) and remove your shirt. Got that? Afterwards take a few pics while keeping your hand steady. Once you're done go through them and pic the clearest, most flattering one to post up.

I'd venture at least 18 and that's probably generous. You appear to have bulked when you should have been cutting. You'll look good when you cut but you're going to be two months behind where you probably should be.
If you eat at a 15-25% deficit and lift heavy you won't lose muscle or strength. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.

To maintain strength while you cut go for a 10-20% reduction in calories below your tdee or just subtract 500.

25, lifting 4 years. Started out at 305 weak as fuck, max bench was like 115 lbs... first year was spent cutting to 195, then bulked for a long time after that.

Current program is 6 days a week. 2 bench days, 1 squat day, 1 deadlift day, 1 shoulder pump day (high volume light weight with lots of external rotator and rear delt work for shoulder health), and optional biceps/abs day at end of week. I do 12-15 sets of 10-15 for back on squat and deadlift days.

That's a before pic of just my stomach. They took 5lbs of just skin from there.

I also had my chest lifted, and ass lifted. 220lbs is a lot of extra weight to carry. The whole "im gun lose it slow" thing is a meme. If you're fat as hell for a long time, your skin becomes permanently damaged, and will no longer snap back in place.

The cost for a fleur de lis tummy tuck (the hardcore one...the regular tummy tuck is cheaper) was about $18.5k all in with fees and shit. My ass and chest together cost about $40k, plus lipo for love handles.

I waited until I dunked at 12% body fat before getting this done and weighed 194lbs at 6'3". I'm up to 212lbs and ~13-14% right now if I had to guess.

There's also nothing to be done for stretch marks, at least within reason. Surgeon there are only things to reduce them somewhat, but mine are deep and very purple. If you get pregnant or something and just stretch for 9 months, they'll go away.

Not even been working out for 8 months, gained 20lbs in that time, completely sedentary on vegan diet for years before that, for the first few months I wasn't even lifting weights, I'm only working out at home with little equipment. Can DB bench more than my bodyweight easily for 3-4 reps. No pump.

LOL THE WEREWOLF IS BACK. Cut hard and lift. Eat 1g/1lb bodyweight protein (probably more than you need but whatever play it safe). It's gonna be miserable but once you get down to 10-12% you're gonna be very lean and skinny and then you can bulk with a lot of room for error because your bf is already pretty low and then cut again for full results.

That being said, you could look have Zyzz's physique but girls are gonna choose Team Edward every time werewolf.
