Alright /fit/, I'm sick of being fat. Background, I play football and I'm an offensive lineman for my college's team (D3). I'm pretty strong, but I also have a gut. At this point, I'm totally willing to lose some muscle and strength in order to lose fat as well. Anyone have any tips? Thanks in advance.

Read the sticky, eat less calories. If you're already training hard for football then just drop your food intake a little and the pounds should fall off
