hey /fit/ i'm having pain in my left collar bone when i do incline bench, i dont get it when doing chest press or flat bench. it goes away if i come back and do incline after the rest of my chest workout. anyone know why, or have it too?

That's not your collarbone, it's your rotator cuff. Do shoulder impingements with a long PVC pipe to stretch your shoulders, and do some face pulls to stretch out your rear delts for support.
Additionally, it make take 4-5 sessions of low weight resistance incline bench to finally get comfortable moving to higher weight ranges.

okay ill try all those things and see what happens are you sure its the rotator cuff though? it feels more nearer to where the collar bone attaches to the sternum
