Want to get back to working out, the thing is I've been off the wagon for about 6 months.
tfw I could run comfortably for a couple of hours
tfw now I can go 5 minutes and feel like I want to fucking vomit.
How to get past that feeling of wanting to vomit in the initial stages? I'm not even that fat (have a spare tire though)... should I push hard and vomit or should I do baby steps and feel like a noob again?
