Same, it helps to shower often, don't wear a shirt while sweating/working out, buy a fan to put in your room while you sleep.

There's also the old towel truck where you sleep with your back on a clean towel every night but that's such a chore that I wouldn't do it unless back acne really bothered me or it was very severe.

Fuck, same mane. Feels like shit, can't even wear a tank because of the little bit that shows off. I've gone to 5 dermatologists and now i'm left with all these scars but thankfully only have a couple zits that pop up every couple weeks. Just looks like i'm on roids but I'm not even big. At least my face acne is gone so i dont feel like killing myself everyday. CeraVe foaming wash every morning and night along with a topical ointment (they always have given me something with adapalene and benzoil peroxide ). Dont even need the topical ointment for my face.

I just recently started getting a few spots on my back, maybe 2 months ago they started, and I've been going to the gym since april. is there any link?
