Do posture correction excercises. They're super easy and can be done anywhere there's a doorframe or wall. If you're particularly retarded, a physical therapist or chiropractor can help. Get it fixed before you start suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain.

Muscles not used to being worked like that. It will go away the more you sit/stand properly.

I've never had abs and am only getting familiar with using them to keep my hips from tilting forward when sitting.
