What's the best cardio for a fat guy /fit/? I've been rowing for 25 minutes as a warm up before lifting but I'm feeling like it isn't getting easier

Fat fuck here. Do 35 mins on treadmill(3-3.5 speed by 7.5 incline), 10-15 mins in stair master(50-60 steps per min), followed by 10-15 mins on bike. I go to machine right after another to keep the heart rate constant.

Also so you won't get bored. There's lots of shit you can do for cardio, also lining up ur weight exercises helps, jumping from one to another no breaks between them.
