Is cutting one cruel joke?
Will this problem eventually fix it self?(I've heard the stomach and lovehandles are the last to go, fat-wise). This is just awful.
You must be significantly more than 23%. I am 28% and look like an old version of Steven Segal.

If you are a fat beta then you probably didn't have much muscle to begin with.
Once you get down to 10% fat or something start bulking. The muscle will fix the feminine shape issue. It won't take long either.

Lift along the way. Cardio and large deficit without high protein intake and lifting means your body will burn off muscle as well as fat. This not only makes you look less good, but also lowers your metabolism. Don't get onto the skinnyfat cycle.

I eat 30/35/35 carb protein fat with large deficit and i lift 6x a week and do cardio
It's just im getting discouraged because it feels like it only makes me look worse...
