Im new to working out.
Is this a viable way to build bicep muscles without fucking up? Im too poor for dumbbells or any work out equipment, so im filling a pail with water and lifting it very similarly in the picture.
If i do a underhand grab on the handle i cant do a full curl because the pail gets in the way.

Look into calisthenics and body weight exercises.
Buy second hand adjustable Dumbbells to spice it up.
How about you just do calisthenics instead of behaving like a legitimate retard.
