How much should i run to lose weight (91kg, and i am tall 188cm). I go to the gym 5 times a week for 2 months ( lets say i go 21 times per month). What should i eat and how much of running should i do to get ripped?

Move more eat less fatass.
Calculate your TDEE at sedentary.
Eat less than that and run more.
