Ok alpha/fit/izines if you had my body what would you improve?

Cut fat, incline bench, more abs

I would include legs in the pic.

uh everything? you don't look like someone who works out at all. i've seen people who only run that have more muscle mass. just having abs doesn't automatically make you fit.

thanks, did not come here just for the abs, I really was not able to do other than walking, light bodyweight training and joga for the past year due to my back injury. Now that I'm ok and can lift again its time to get back on the track

Work the traps a bit more and cut a little bit of fat but otherwise you're pretty much fine.

i agree with cutting just a little more

and i would trim chest hair dont shave. use a #2 (1/4 inch) its short enough to look clean without looking like you shaved
