Thats why i do forearms and grip exercises like every other workout
I want to go as long as i can without straps
I do the behind the back barbell wrist curls, 1 handed bar static holds like in the ed coan video and some heavy shrugs with no straps
Calluses hurt like bitch at times but lmfao who cares
