Wednesday: 9x60~70 + 1 max
Friday: 9x70~80 + 1 max
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - Running: 1h30m (almost 2 hours)
What do you guys think about this routine?

pistol squats, box jumps, depth jumps, shrimp squats and stair sprints will be enough
throw in weighted pullups, weighted dips and planche progression along with front lever progression and back lever progression and you've begun hitting the various muscle groups within your body

Are you really gonna do 10 sets of bicep curls, not to mention of 20 reps? I suggest a pyramid if you like hypertrophy to much, like 20, 16, 12, 8, 4, with increasing weight
