Good speech. The effects (side angle, teadrop, weird translucent over-layer of yourself) give it an amateur look and distract from the content. I liked how the words popped up here and there but they lingered too long and the font was not aesthetic.
Well spoken, good message but the one thing that caught my attention is you said you need to want something badly enough. What about people who don't really want much? I don't have that much of a desire to attain any of these worldly possessions or feats of conquering, I'm happy with what is, what do you have to say to people like me?
