you can lose about 1kg of weight/week, probably less if you also want to gain muscle.

losses are inconsistent ( you can lose way less or way more depending on the week) and measurements are imprecise ( you might measure yourself 80 kg one day and 82 the next; changes are due to water intake, bowel movements, food density, strumental errors) so you need to be patient and judge progress every 3 weeks.
