a month and a week into my cut, /fit/. i look a bit leaner, but the scale hasn't moved? how is this possible?
i'm not the type to look into the mirror and see what i want--meaning i'm usually very self-critical, so the fact that i'm actually seeing a positive change tells me i'm not just imagining it. probably.
i've actually lost some strength, so i'm not recomping. the only thing i can think of is that i've suddenly started retaining water for some reason. maybe because i've started running again?
anyone have an explanation?
No idea desu, probably just water weight like you said, are you taking any creatine or eating excessive amounts of sodium?

There isn't going to be any major change from 35 days.
35 days is absolutely nothing.
Anything you're seeing is wishful thinking and thinking you don't cheat yourself into seeing things that aren't there is even more wishful thinking.
Grow up man

if you're not seeing changes in 35 days your diet is shit and you're failing immensely.
re-calibrate your diet immediately.
jesus you're fucking stupid.
the scale should be moving every fucking day, and the trend week by week should obviously be for a net loss.
disregard any mouthbreathers who tell you otherwise.
