How do I lose the skinnyfat curse??
REEEEEE
If someone could tell me a diet to follow, I've gotten pretty fit overall. I can do one handed pull ups but my belly is fat as fuark.
How fix?

bump, same shit
Eat nothing but brown rice, green vegetables, and fish for like 4-6 months and you should be all set.

I eat a lot of bread and have cut that out of my diet, could that be a big reason as to why I'm in this state?
>>39362565
yes. high GI and carb dense = fat storage
also the guy in OP's pic is just fat, not skinnyfat

Seriously, one arm pull-ups? I'm jelly, how you got there?
Regarding the question: you diet is shit probably. It's cool that you can do bodyweight shit like pull-ups, you can probably just go without gym membership and get your diet in place and then you'll make it.
The diet that will work for you is the one that you would be able to follow consistently. Try intermittent fasting, keto, or something similar. You can start with crash dieting (basically, get your protein count in chicken+broccoli for two weeks) to jump-start dieting and then switch to a normal routine, but it's so fucking hard I wouldn't recommend it.

I only do calisthenics :p

I would have to say you're right. It's entirely due to my diet.
I sort of eat anything just to get big, I have drastically improved my fitness level but still stuck in the same body format :/

Well...
Read the fucking sticky then :)
In all honesty, it's much easier to diet down once you're strong enough than to get strong enough while trying to not fuck up your performance

I don't understand what you mean but want to. Could you please rephrase that

The first post on /fit/ is a sticky post, means that it's always there. The first link there is this one:
http://liamrosen.com/fitness.html
It covers everything you need to know to start.
My last statement in that post was encouragement for you to adopt relevant eating habits. Since you're okay with your strength levels (judging by your 1 arm pull-up), you just need to diet. Contrary, if your goal was to perform one-arm pull-up but you've been starting from being weak and skinny, it would require much more discipline to achieve

What?

...
Well, maybe dieting is too hard for you and you should start reading practice
>>39362773
You skinny fat troll, you'll stay that way
