can you combine high intensity training with low intensity training to make both gains and strenght improvements? I have made it a habit to do 20 pushups whenever I get up from my chair and whenever I am about to sit down in it again. This results in several hundred pushups daily. Will doing this ontop of my lifting kill my gains, or will it stack?
