Cardio thread?
What's a good treadmill routine to do in 30 minutes?
If I want to lose weight and want to have more explosion when playing football (divegrass), should I run flat and try to cover more distance each time or should I (for example) divide my workout into 5 minute blocks that include running flat, uphill, 15 second sprints resting 15 seconds between each one, etc?
What's your cardio routine?

Crank it to the max and run for 5 minutes.

I erg, rather than run, so I'm not sure how good this advice is.
I would aim to run a set distance, and then try to run that distance faster and faster, 5km would probably be a good starting point.
You can also try interval training, so you sprint for 30 seconds, then jog for 1 minute, this would be a 15 minute workout.

Yeah I've been doing the distance thing but a few months ago I did interval training and I've lost weight but I'd like to know which one is better or at least what the perks of each of them are.
