hey /fit/, how much water do you usually drink during your workouts and how long are they?
mine are typically hour and a half and i consume over a litre of water. is it too much? should i limit myself to less water? or is there no difference at all?

I usually finish my 1L bottle over one session, which is usually around an hour long.
Seems good to me, taking a few sips inbetween reps
just started hydrating myself more. Literally live in the bathroom. whats the point

I take down a gallon a day 7am-7pm. Usually by the time I hit the gym im 3/4 through and I finish it up at the gym. My day is over around 7-8pm
If you're thirsty just drink, I don't see the problem unless you fill your belly when you drink.
