I'm just a bit confused as what I should do on my second week..? Do I reset or do I continue to alternate between Press and bench?

Just continue alternating back and forth between them. Squats and deads are the only set exercises on each day.
What kind of accessories are you all running with this program

Bicep curls, dumbbell press with bench
Bent laterals, push downs with oph
The rest is just main lifts and chin ups
I throw in some extra shit when i feel like it's needed

I don't think it will get you looking too swole, but I'm doing it more for the strength gains personally
