So when I Squat (any weight) I notice that when I'm ATG my right glute is 2 inches lower than my left. What might be the cause of this and how to fix?

Go see a professional - sports physio, chiro, osteo, whoever.

"pinching" the left side of your torso. Use your obliques evenly

you have a posture problem, go see a physical therapist or start doing yoga, but it will take a while for the yoga to even out your posture.

Foot positioning and flexibility.
Work on hip flexor stretches, hamstring and groin stretches.
Chances are, one side is more flexible than the other.

when squatting my right foot is pointed outwards 45ยบ to the right and is a bit behind the left one(not paralel) so this puts me in a awkward position and a knee lower/higher than the other
been squatting for 2 years like this but recently it seems itss worse, I alaso believe its the reason that I have always a pressure feeling or more soreness/tired on my right lower back side
is this fixable? am I dun goofed?
going to the doc to see my right knee(been on a accident in february, nothing broken but it still hurts in the inside of the knee where I hit the car at 50km/h) so Im going to ask him but figured out if anyone here was a physio or some shit
if I try to put myself paralel and pointed the same angle it feels really wrong and I cant even squat without losing balance, its like if I rotated my knee inward
