Day #1 for me, longtime lurker, first time fuck-my-shit-up poster

I'm 107kgs, 186cm tall (hovers between 105-110)
45" chest

I want to either drop 20kgs, or muscle up so my face looks leaner. Also just want to sweat less and feel more confident.
I take 150mg fluvoxamine before bed, and 10mg dexedrine twice a day.

i've been focusing on my arms lately but I assume I really need to stop just repeating reps in an aerobic/cardiac way and build strength.

I guess I'm wanting advice on how to maximise this considering my anxiety...should I buy weights, do ab crunches...I really don't know if I'm about to do too much cardio or not enough.

The thing that confuses me is that while I'm 107kg, few people think I am - especially here in Aus, if you're this weight, you're probably going to be a lot more spherical. When I was in the US earlier this year this certainly seemed to be the case...

Exactly, learn what works for you. Actually read the fucking sticky, get a beginners lifting routine, get a gym membership, and start the long natty grind.

Protip: don't come here for advice. Almost nobody lifts.
