Look like butt plugs.

Uh have you not heard of squat plugs? Are you new?

Kettlebells are nice for swings, otherwise dumbbells do the essentially same thing and are cheaper and more practical. If you want a steel club just load up a dumbbell on one side.
steel clubs? am i being trolled

You juggle them, in addition to working out the arms you also train your core and hand eye coordination.

>steel clubs
I don't lift in an indian gym so no
>kettlebells
Good cardio option if you don't feel like jump rope or jogging

You also train your risk of injury to be maximal

I use K-bells as a "cool down" after squats, but before GHR sets.... I just clean it up to my chin, and hold it with both hands, and squat down, thinking in my mind to "lower my gravity" into my assssssssss and push up with my heels.

Literally never heard of steel clubs.
Kettlebells are legit tho

Also trains your foot agility in case you fuck up and they come crashing down. Win win situation
Kettlebells can be awesome. I use them to complement my barbell routine. I bought a macebell and a couple of light clubs but desu Ive found them to be useless.
I think KBs are great. I live in a very small flat and don't want to pay for gym membership so having a 16 and 24kg bell and some body weight exercises keeps me fit.
I feel they aren't to great in piling on muscle, maybe I'm just not doing the right routine, but I'm trying to stay lean as running is my main sport.

memes aside, juggling 15 lb clubs seems bad for your wrists.
