you also have no lower back. Deadlifts and pulldowns/pullups and rows/cablerows/tbar rows will fking build your back. Deadlifts is the most important

Yeah I have neglected the fuck out of it, I've always had lower back problems and thought working it out would fuck it more but it's the complete opposite
Due to this I humiliatingly never learned to dead lift, spoke with a PT today so I can learn without killing myself hopefully. Didn't realise how shit my lats where til you pointed it out but I can see now
