Just started cutting yesterday... 218 at 6 foot, fell for the dirty bulk meme. Legit have 40lbs of fat now, if not more. Cutting at a 1000 cal deficit, yields 8lbs a month. I'll have hit my goal in 5 months, kinda sucks ass honestly and I see why people don't lose weight now.

I hit 1/2/2.5/4, but strength is a meme if you're fat. I'm with you OPie, I want to know too.

DNP is poison that can kill you if you take too much (more than 1g a day i believe, ive only read about it, there are DNP generals here all the time), HIIT is high intensity interval training, which is just intense cardio sessions (there are some good vids on youtube) EC stack is ephedrine and caffeine (im currently on my second cycle, it works great for killing hunger, i'll post the infograph if i can find it) and test is sterons.


Out of all those suggestions, i would onlky recommend HIIT and EC. Calculate your TDEE and eat 500 calories less, do cardio, and lift weight.

You could probably kill the shit in 2-3 months and just make up for your fuck up. Do you lift for just strength or do you lift to look better? I lost 40 pounds recently and feel like a different person man, couldn't imagine doing that shit to myself again lol. Guess I just hate fat enough to sacrifice muscle in order to get rid of it.
