What's the general consensus on pasta if you're eating

i guess IIFYM is okay to a point, as long as 90% of your actual diet still consists of whole grains, lean meats and alot of veggies most days. I personally avoid eating alfredo sauces, and if i do pasta at all its typically sprouted grain or brown rice pasta. I am a former fat fuck though so ive just learned to adjust. everything in moderation bro

Aside from the high IG carbs, the empty calories and such...it's god food. You can shape it and fit it with whatever condiments.
