Lifting for two years. Started at 60kgs and can currently squat 2,5pl8 for 1RM, OHP 60kgs for 1RM, deadlift 3pl8 for 1RM.

Measured my body. I have average/slightly below average length femurs. Short arms and a long torso.

Current 1RM for snatch is 40kgs and c&j is 70kgs. Have basically only been oly lifting for the past two weeks. Still working my my flexbility so my snatch really is just a power snatch and my clean is still very much a power clean but I'm comfortable in the jerk phase.

Can the Russian squat routine be done back to back?

Stalled on the Texas Method so I tried the RSR and I already feel stronger after squatting 6x6 at 80% today and feel I'll hit 185kg easily by the end of it.

On the 6x2 days I usually C&J+snatch alongside compound accessory work and I feel like I'm progressing well.

there is this azn kid and his cool manlet friend who are powerlifters at my gym who I let squat in the rack while I'm in platform or vice versa.

they're the only other PLG/PLY guys in the gym so we're cool. wouldn't let any other turd in though. People tend to leave me alone when I'm doing C&J, it's nice. nobody ever asks when I'm done with the rack/platform.

There are only a few unis that offer scholarships for for weightlifting and the ones that do offer them are in states where you will have a hard time if you are not white or if you do not speak english well (e.g. louisiana). Weightlifting is not so popular in the US but you might get recruited for other sports such as football. I wish you the best.
