Been doing Keto for about a week. My mom came over one day and apparently she cooked, and let me a plate a food in my fridge after she left. She made a pot roast, with Mac n' Cheese, lima beans, and peppered rice. She wasn't aware that I was doing Keto. I don't wanna reject a meal from my mom, because.....dude, that's my mom; so will it hurt me if I eat just that one meal and go back to my regular Keto routine?
