I'm 5'9'', small wrists, high inserted muscles and narrow shoulders. Just to be sure I have a small frame I checked some anthropometric chart for head circumference and I'm below the 50%.
Currently I'm 135lbs @12% BF, returning from a stupid bulking where I got to 145 lbs but was turning to a fat fuck. I have no problem with the idea that I'm gonna be forever small and won't be able to hold more 140 lbs in lean mass without roids.
Anyone like this? Should I get into fighting to compensate my small size?

I'm 5"7' and have a small frame. I weigh 145, probably 15%bf. Our max is more like 170lbs without entering gorilla mode

Whats your demographic/country? Just google "centile anthropometric chart adult male" and try to get one closer to your demographic, for example, caucasian spanish male age between 20-30.

Are you sure? A 5'9'' friend says my "ideal" weight is 155 lbs because he is around 155. I think you need to take frame in account because he is clearly larger than me and I'm not talking about muscles/lean mass. Actually he has larger bones and wider pelvis/shoulders, then it seems logical he "needs" more weight to be closer to the ideal.

Yeah then I'm gonna be ottermode. Not saying it's a bad thing but even some pro bodybuilders lifting much harder and roiding won't ever be big due to frame.

Of course you can get this body only lifting hard and eating protein. No need for anabolic drugs.
