what should i do? 1 week cut will help? should i try to recomp for 1 month? im afraid that my strength will stall because it's already pretty much stalling
problem is you just used 'bulking' as an excuse to eat your normal cutting diet but with ice cream and snacks.
You didn't adjust correctly, and I can guarantee (otherwise you wouldn't be in this position) that you didn't try an increase any of your lifts during your bulk.

i started that "bulk" because i wanted to get my lifts up. So far:
bench +50 lbs
bb row +77 lbs
ohp +33 lbs
leg press 5pl8 → 10pl8 (im doing leg press exclusively until my lumbar gets fixed)
BW +15 lbs
i just want to know what should i do
