newfag here. I'm basically a skeleton and wanted to start working out (yes, I read the sticky).

But I was wondering if anyone here actually has done the Reg Parks beginner program? It seems like an interesting routine, any experiences?

Yes it's good. Reg Park's programs are the basis for modern 5x5 programs. Do it.
