What is the fastest way to lose weight in a week, I don't give a shit about safety so long as it won't kill me or cause serious/permanent harm after only a week.
I just want to lose as much weight as possible in the next 7 days.
Right now I'm assuming:
>Barely eat.
>Drink a ton of water.
>Get out and do cardio
What is the end goal
Are you trying to look better or make weight for a sport?

You will be as fat-looking in 7 days as you are now. Losing a bit of waterweight by crash dieting won't amount to looking better. You are fucked, blame yourself.
