Guys, I think I'm destined to be above 14% BF. I'm naturally (without counting calories and eating normally) at around 16%, and lowest I've ever gotten was 14%. I'll always have love handles, ass fat and wide hips. I hat it so much. I want to get lean but cravings and friends always get in the way and I end up fucking up my whole diet after a week in. Is there any hope for me? If there is, tell me the steps to achieve 10% BF.
