OK,

I started going to gym a month ago,
all programs seem shit so i just wing it,
I dont run at all, and i dont know how to eat enough protein but dont gain weight while i loose weight but gain muscule and improve phisique,

all in all
i want a program that will take me up to 1 year to get me as close as possible to

if you do a light dose of test-e, or even a heavy dose, you will not become as big as Rich Piana because

Honestly you're just fat and have barely any muscle. You need to lift and do cardio, and strengthen your core so your posture improves. Go to the gym 4 days a week and do sprints or burpees at the end of your lifting

Believe it or not that's actually a good "before lifting" body. You don't have a ton of excess fat to deal with or a super high metabolism. I've seen tons of before pics that look just like yours and guys look great a year or so later. Gonna take some hard work though
