When routines say one set of diddys they're talking about working sets. You still have to do a shit ton of warmup before. That's why you only need one with the super heavy weight

You should start with 60kg and generally go in at most 10% (of your 1RM) steps.
Though at such a low weight, you can probably get away with doing something like
60kg x5
80kg x3-5
100kg x3-5
110kg
The 1x5 is a very heavy set, he may be an autist but my lifts blew up from this program
