Why is olympic weightlifting the most rewarding thing you can do in the gym? I just hit a new PR on c&j for 70 kilos. It's not much compared to elite lifters but I'm way more proud of this than my three plate squat for instance.
Yeah, but you're probably doing a reverse curl jump & jumping press to split than c&j if you're max is only 70kg with 3pl8 squat.

Just got into learning the snatch. Going to be doing it with Texas method twice a week. I think I'll only focus on the snatch for now as I'm still working on the other main lifts.

It was low bar. Also my max OHP is 60kgs. My front squat 1RM is 100kgs so today I tried 70 to see how it went. Made the lift although my split could've been a bit less narrow.
