I skip lunch purely to save money and avoid bread. I've yet to find a cheap lunch that's up to /fit/ standards aside from something really stupid like "1 single pear" or "just eat your breakfast again".

Full retard. If you want to lose weight, eat meals with less calories instead of binge eating dinner and performing shitty in the gym because you're hungry all the time.

I eat breakfast and dinner. I skip lunch. Breakfast gives me energy for the day. My dinner is usually a sandwich and some candy and beef jerky with a soda. But I stopped getting candy and soda recently and replaced them with a protein bar.
