Help me /fit/. I try my best to dirty bulk off 3k calories a day but I doubt I actually teach that everyday. I don't count calories but I do eat 3-4 large meals a day including 2 double scoop proton shakes everyday, one at breakfast and one at dinner. Help me break 200lbs
Also diet thread.
I mostly eat chicken breasts for dinner with rice/mashed potatoes and a double serving of either green beans or spinach or collared greens. For breakfast I have a nice 3 egg omelet with chopped onions, tomatoes, green peppers, cheese, ham, and mushrooms. Coupled with 2-3 strips of bacon and hash browns. I have the occasional bowl of cereal to accompany this. Lunch is random.
Fuck I meant I was 196 today, not 198

I know that feeling OP
Honestly I'm going to let you in on a little secret that I learned from experience. Cut. Lose weight. No joke. Your body has gotten used to eating 3k calories a day and now digests them efficiently. If you start eating less, the same thing will happen i.e. your body will adjust to eating less. When your body has done this, shock it by starting to eat more again and it will retain what you eat more until it adjusts. On top of that, you'll look better because of your cut. Win/win right?
As always though, like Arnold said, what matters isn't the number on the scale, it's what you see in the mirror.
