Yes.

There are literal sumos who've finished half and even full marathons. Its a fuckton harder than it is for someone lighter but its hardly impossible.

You are going to fuck your joinst up and do more harm than good. Wait to run until after youve dropped some lbs. If you wanna work of endurance do some low impact cardio. Walking is always good, to make it tougher go hiking near mountains or with a ruck pack. Rowing and some slow stairs aint bad either.

dunno never measured time frame, but in wrestling we weren't allowed to walk so I had to keep on pushing every practice and build my stamina and endurance. I started from coming in last back to the wrestling practice room by about 10-15mins, to being able to finish with the group of slower people.
