I'm an underweight dyel fuck and I have a hard time putting away enough calories everyday
Lately I find eating 4-5 pieces of bacon with my breakfast every morning helps get me on the right track though
Anyone else do this? Will this kill me?

Don't burn/overcook it (causes fat to become rancid/unhealthy). Do NOT paper towel the grease off, that's the healthy animal fat you're removing for no reason.

I only really count my proteins, and I eat enough chicken/tuna to hit my goal daily

I just fry it in a pan, not until crispy but not too raw either

I tried that once and the eggs turned brownish grey from all the grease. They were sloppy and disgusting. Will never do that again.

That isn't normal for most bacon
It usually has much more protein and strips are way smaller
