Maybe a weird question but I lost 25kg and I do heavy weightlifting now to get more muscle. Someone from the gym made a schedule for me with all kinds of work outs. I do deadlifts, squats, lunges, bench press etc. I was wondering what deadlifts does. Does it give you an S shape back, is it for lower or upper body? Same for lunges, is it for the butt is it for the inside of your thighs? I have no idea what they are supposed to do I just do them. Could you post photos of girls to give an example of the results of deadlifts and stuff?

Deadlift is both an upper body and a lower body movement. The prime movers are your legs. It mainly stresses the hamstrings and glutes if done correctly. It'll give you a better ass and back, basically.

To put it briefly, Deadlifts work your legs, ass, and back. They don't work your lats so you're not going to get a v-taper from them. They don't work your core but you'll want a strong core to stabilize the movement and keep correct form.
